Whenever you are gambling, playing poker remember that you are playing poker. Poker games don’t have a rule that says mirrors should be placed around the players; there are no cards in Porkies games some other casino gambling games. You are not allowed to know what your opponent has, but you are allowed to read his face expression when he sees the two cards he receives from the dealer. It is up to you to guess, or let’s be realistic, to predict what cards does he have.
The most dangerous cards to receive are the two aces. Why? As they are the best two cards a player can get they are also the most dangerous ones. Once a player sees two aces, the image of two AAs is so exiting that an inexperienced poker player will deliver a small smile with his upper lips. Those signs are an easy target for the experienced poker players. And right before you know it, those two aces will no longer be needed since the other players will fold soon enough. No one wants to try their hand against a possible two aces for starters.
Is it the very image of two aces that trigger the small smirk; is it the quick thought that two aces are capable of producing an ‘all in’ situation, is it the long awaited feeling for that type of hand? It doesn’t matter. What matters is to be careful what you express when two aces arrive at our doorstep. It is harder to ‘hide’ their joy than to play with them. Remember that all the poker players are playing against you, and your two aces.
